We have over 25 years of experience in tool and fixture construction and have specialized in the development and production of custom-made tools and fixtures for injection moulding, punching and deep drawing.

Setup time optimization through adaption

Our engineering department supported our customer in optimizing set-up times and was able to significantly simplify the replacement of the grinding shaft with an innovative solution.
In addition, assembly instructions were created to make the set-up process as reliable as possible.
Production and material quality is important to us!

Once the design was complete, the complex components were manufactured in our production facility and delivered to our customer after internal quality control and pre-assembly.

Cooling system for electric arc furnance

Following the development and design of a unique roller press for rapid cooling of molten material, this was also manufactured and precisely assembled by us.
Special focus was placed on the use of high-temperature-resistant steel for all components that come into direct contact with the molten material.

The base frame was constructed from Paletti aluminum profiles for maximum flexibility!
