Component production

We have established ourselves as a contract manufacturer in the field of medical technology and manufacture components from industry-specific materials such as aluminum, titanium and stainless steel.

With annual framework agreements, we enable flexible, demand-oriented call-off planning. The advantage for you: planning security, reduced warehousing costs and rapid availability of the required components.  Production is carried out flexibly according to demand - we deliver within four weeks of call-off.

Material airlock between two cleanroom classes

In this project, we provided engineering support for the design and installation of the linear technology, the aluminum profile base frame and the general design of the airlock.

Rapid prototyping to save costs! - We produced several highly complex milled parts in advance as samples using the 3D printing process.

Within a few days, our customer had these true-to-size models in house for testing at a fraction of the cost of their aluminum counterparts.

But that's not all! - Our customer had a reliable partner with experienced employees at their side for the production and assembly of the above-mentioned components.
