We develop and manufacture highly specialized agricultural machinery that is optimally tailored to the needs of our customers.

  • Development & engineering: from the initial idea to the concept to the detailed production drawing in close coordination with our customers

  • Assembly: we also take care of the complete assembly of the agricultural machinery and ensure the smooth integration of all components
  • Commissioning: including programming and implementation of control systems

Hop press

A prime example is the production of a hop press. This was specially developed to compress hop cones without negatively affecting the aroma of the hops.

The entire design, production, assembly and commissioning were carried out by PAYR's specialists and successfully implemented.

Round baler

Another highlight is the round baler, which combines three operations in one machine. This makes it possible to collect clippings, press them into compact bales and wrap them in a single operation. Four small round bales can be transported from the field to the storage area with this machine.

Advantages:

  • you can process clippings into round bales even on relatively steep terrain
  • No additional machine is required due to the integrated wrapping process
  • Small bales are an advantage for old barns, where it is easier to handle the bales in a limited space

Based on existing plans, we have optimized the product to make it suitable for series production in the future. The design, manufacture and assembly, including hydraulics, were carried out in-house.
